      did not see any, hopefully there are some

      The system is way outdated, still doing the business the o-o-old way, lots of paper and manual process, very inefficient, this creates a huge backlog and volume. They are so out of compliance, it is scary. They are behind times. Benefits could be better, they offer only 10 days vacation, overall feels cheap.

      Work is varied. Good pay, nice people. It is a good place to learn to be a mechanic and to weld.

      Cons

      Mechanic doesn't mean welder in disguise. Job duties outside of work requirements are constant.
