Pros

- FTO - Maternity/Paternity Leave - Genuinely Nice People - Flexible Work Hours - Encouraged to Shift Career Internally

Cons

- Management talks about how great everything is but that's just because they're laying people off and moving whole teams to Mexico. Feels dishonest but I know it's a tale as old as time - At least for my team, promotions are only done once a year so if you don't get it then you have to wait an entire year for the next round - That being said, the team was restructured every year I worked at Inmar so my goal of a promotion was shifted further out each time. - Heavily encouraging AI use - Never received updates on my internal applications - Upper management is embracing a micromanagement style
