Pros

Great people still around even though less and less seem to be leaving recently. Used to be great growth opportunity but since my VP left, seemingly no longer true.

Cons

A lot of false promises and political feel recently. Nothing happens in a positive way anymore, just fed the negative views of ownership vs praising how hard we work. Any growth of positions in regard to recent openings they just roll everything up to parent company now vs hiring or promoting from within. People with bad track records receiving hotels for unknown reasons and micro manage vs trusting GM's after losing great leaders.

Management was great and expensing items like gas, office supplies, etc. was easy.

Cons

Had to use personal phone for client inquiries, but got reimbursed for phone bill
