- Nosy/gossipy co-workers and managers - Could never use sick time without finding replacement for shift even though it was manager's job to find coverage - don't earn vacation until after 90 days and can't use vacation because you're not given any opportunities to

The discount at other hotels is alright. Only pro I can think of currently

Cons

Overworked, underpaid. The company obviously wants good reviews and scores from guests but doesn't approve many changes to make those good scores happen

Micromanagement without the perks.

Cons

Very cheap corporation who does not care for employees. Employees are reminded how replaceable they are while working long hours and with no freedom whatsoever. They will watch you and wait for you to make a mistake. Work here if you are okay with being understaffed. There are also no perks whatsoever. Only work here to gain experience.
