Pros

InnVentures feels like home, they are the best company I have ever worked for and I will never work for another. I love the way that they train you, invest in it's employees, offer out of the box and fun incentives. I love the people that they hire, the management is awesome and I genuinely enjoy the work.

Cons

Wish we had a tad better base wages (great benefits though!) for areas that we lived in.

I have been employed with this company for almost 25 years and I can say from experience that this a company that promotes from within! Entering the workforce in an entry level position, I was able to experience and learn about both the operations and the sales side of the business and had the opportunity to work in every department in the hotel in a learning environment. The work atmosphere is focused on engaging the employee and the management staff has an open door policy.

Cons

I have no CONS to report about this company. If you are willing to learn and communicate that desire, you have a great opportunity to be promoted within this company.

I thought this was my job as a candidate, but they essentially tell you what your wanting to hear to get you hired on. Agreed on wage compensation and then back-peddled last minute after turning down other employers - wait thats a con!

Cons

Permanent probation clause giving them the ability to terminate for any reason at any time; Terminated two (2x) days before benefits became activated. All-in-all a terrible and unorganized business that seeks to use the lower entry employees. The company used my employment merely to save half their budget on hiring third-party companies. No true interest in their candidates.
