Free golf for all employees and their family members. Opportunity to work at a PGA Tour host facility. Fun and fast paced environment in-season but relaxed during the off-season.

Cons

Something is always under construction due to trying to update the resort.

*Work at a Premium Golf Resort destination - 1 of 4 PGA Tour stops in Florida *Opportunities for growth & development / Culture of promoting from within *Fantastic employee benefits that include reciprocity at our other luxury properties within the Salamander Collection (7 properties across the country and counting)

Cons

*Employee Cafeteria was closed during COVID / Pandemic however looking to reopen in September/October of 2022.

Pros

The grounds are beautiful and it is nice to work in hospitality where most guests are happy and having a great time. Top notch golf product. Valspar Championship week is super exciting and we get tickets. Good benefits. Co-workers are fun to work around. They like to promote from within.

Cons

Hospitality can require long hours.
