Easy enough job; can be a fun environment to work in; you get out of it what you put into it

Cons

They never seem to care as much about their employees. You’re just another person on the schedule to them even if you go above and beyond. They don’t respect your schedule boundaries either.

You get playing privileges at all four courses.

Cons

The south is in abysmal shape and you'll be berated constantly over it by guest. Upper management is mediocre at beat most of the time. Except tubby, who's great.
