It was a job just to get by until I easily found better. Friendly co-workers and first level supervisors on the whole.

Complete lack of human respect from a director: "Next time you leave, you're fired." Full story: It was a very busy July 4th party when many employees didn't show up for work. I was asked to stay until 8 pm to fill in. My shift had started at 7 am. By 8 pm however, I was unable to find a single manager because of a very crowded restaurant and general chaos, I left at 11;30 pm 3 hours after my extended shift, exhausted after a 14.5 hours workday. It is early the next morning I got the remark, "next time you leave, you're fired". I am not a slave and gave a 2 week notice the vey next day. Higher management never understood that this motivated that for a simple reason: They don't care. HR looked to me like pen pushers and drug test administrators while career management is nonexistent. I saw no opportunities for evolution there.

Decent money in season cool to meet new people

EXTREME DRAMA 24/7 the company seems to be involved in alot of "where did that money go" scenarios (because the GM is the sketchiest guy) I would recommend working anywhere else!
