Pros

Same as of all companies nothing new.

Cons

Too much workload and if you work late in the night company doesn't care about your food and all because tell that time almost all restaurants and shops will be closed. As far as I know people are just working there because they doesn't want to leave the city.

1. Development of programming skills only, if you can handle work pressure.

Cons

1. No personal life remains after joining this company 2. You may also have to work more than 10+ hrs 3. No work ethics in senior employees. 4. Promotion not on basis of skill and knowledge but on bootlicking 5. HR are useless
