Timing: Even if you finish your work you need to stay in office until your lead leaves Shouting culture : You can see many people shouting on each others trying to replicate there director The person doing less work and more flattery will get more hike than a person doing good work without flattery Employee satisfaction has no room here in my 3 years experience no cultures events no office parties just come and work..
