1) No fix Time- Timing is 10-12 hours/day or it may get extended 2) They Expect You to do everything and within imaginary time. 3) Company Environment is poor doesn't have any standard. 4) Manager talk like Mafia. 5) Three years bond. 6) No one can leave till manager stays it could get upto 11pm at night.
