For freshers, yes they have a bond but that is fine since they are taking you and deploying on the live projects, they are committing to their clients that the employees will work on their project, so there should not be any impact to their clients which is a good policy. > If you go to any company, you have to work hard and complete the assigned tasks which they follow and that should be since everyone looks for their growth.
