Up to date equipment, good people, great accounts!

Cons

None to very little support from management. No accountability but more of a “point fingers” mentality. interaction between sister companies is less then stellar and work against each other as opposed with each other.

Insurance was too high, the chances of becoming full time and not a temp was slim to none. Pay was low

Incredible array of capabilities and a leader in our arena of visual merchandising. Little accountability can be a good thing if you just want to collect a paycheck.

Cons

Top down leadership structure that manages through blame and shame but without true accountability. Also it is 7 different companies that make up Innomark but they each function with their own distinct culture and practices. Not very integrated.
