      The company is in poor condition financially and decisions are being made by the partner who has the least knowledge of marketing/sales. The environment is very negative and employees are fearful for their jobs. The company lacks direction and lacks values.

      Once in a while could be flexiable

      Very low pay, line leaders think they can talk to you any way they want, manager does nothing when problems occur, the big wiggs with upper positions always blame their mistakes on QC that includes writing bad work orders, a lot of favoritism and discrimination that goes on in that place. A lot of termoil, back stabbing and drama. No room for advancement.
