Treats employees pretty well, 100% paid benefits, 401k match, Reasonable pay, Good travel reimbursement, Tuition Reimbursement, Entry-level opportunities, Foot in the door at larger companies

Cons

Not very valuable benefits, Low cap on tuition reimbursement, No job security, Bad communication, Some undesirable policies, Lack of incentive for good work, Very poor employee review process, Very little room for advancement
