Pros

I am employed at Goodyear through Innosource. This is a brand new facility with a gym, coffee shop, on site medical clinic and cafeteria that we have access to as a contracted employee. Innosource is a great gateway to gain experience working in a large corporate setting to continue your career in a corporate setting.

Cons

The health insurance is expensive and has a high deductible. The overall is coverage is poor too. Dental insurance is not offered but they will reimburse you for half of your billing for routine checkups. Vision is not offered. There is no sick days and if you miss work, you are required to take it out of PTO time if available. You get 10 days PTO and at 5 years you get 15 PTO days. There is no tuition reimbursement or short or long term disability. There is no merit or annual raises. I have been here for over 5 years and the only pay increase I received is when I switched to a higher paying department. Goodyear views you as a contractor or outside employee, this limits the departments you can work in or the information you have access to. Innosource is also not flexible for cases like working from home or altering your hours worked.

Workload does not match pay

Pros

Benefits such PTO time and sick pay. They also match 401k and have tuition reimbursement (after 1 year)

Cons

They will increase the workload until Overtime becomes mandatory and will even ask for you to not take your PTO because of the workload. Many new people leave within 3 months because the work is not explained well in interview. When asked for support- we get everything but that (example take personnel from different group who is overwhelmed with their workload before hiring temps)

We will use your feedback to improve. It would be great to know if you worked at a particular client site or if you experienced a high workload as an internal associate. Please contact us at feedback@innosource.com so that we can better understand where we might improve. Thanks.

Mostly good

Pros

Good structure and plenty of help until you know the cust rep job inside and out. Fun environment!!

Cons

Pay is pretty low, especially in an economy with very low unemployment. Also, was given a "write-up" when the error was made the first time. What happened to a simple verbal coaching. This could be a huge turnoff for some people.

Thanks for taking time to respond and give us feedback. I'm glad we could help you be successful at our client site. All of our clients have differing policies on coaching. I'll make sure that our Director for Colorado Springs account reviews your comments. Thanks!
