Pros

Easy to get in and great for someone just starting out.

Cons

Almost nonexistent raises, took over 3 years to get one and that required 2 people who have been there 15+ years quitting before it was even an option. Insurance for the employee themselves is cheap but don't think about adding anyone else. If you want to add your spouse and children it would be$ 500-$700 a pay.
