Co-workers and supervisors were amazing.

Cons

No room to advance. Only 30 min lunch. It's a call center so your on the phone 8hrs a day.

Not very valuable benefits, Low cap on tuition reimbursement, No job security, Bad communication, Some undesirable policies, Lack of incentive for good work, Very poor employee review process, Very little room for advancement
