It allows you to get into entry level roles.

Cons

You will make very little money because the employer pays a few to the company, hence you are paid less than if you could get on with the company directly.

I was out of work for nearly 2 years when I moved out to PA and Innosource provided me a work opportunity. I began working a rotating 12 hour shift and was offered ample amounts of OT. I have moved up the ladder and continue to work for them 6 years later and have not had any complaints. Truly enjoy the people I work for and with. They offer full benefit packages and match on 401K. The continued support and work functions that are provided, make me feel wanted and there is a lot to be said for that.

Cons

Anything I put here would just be nitpicking.

I converted from a part time to a full time. The career opportunities are phenomenal. The overall care included a complete benefit package, tuition reimbursement, medical. The account manager and HR was very helpful. Innosource truly cares about their associates and does everything on their behalf. Associate and Employer, thank you for launching my career.

Cons

I waited too long to call and use their services.
