Working to support different clients, learning about different positions and industries, working fairly independently, goals and expectations were very clear, great bonuses and incentives

Communication from upper management during busier times is difficult to get, company policy not very flexible to work/home life balance,

Pros

It is a job so you do get paid for all the complex work involved.

Cons

No employee value beyond them giving a cake and if you are hoping for a raise or advancement...forget about it. This is a stepping stone.
