Wfh. Decent salary and if you’re lucky nice colleagues.

Cons

You’re likely to be laid off and they especially like to do this around the holidays. KPIs feel impossible to hit. You’re generally just treated like a robot.

Some flexibility with work hours, mostly easy work

Cons

Randomly laid off after only two months with only positive performance reviews. They had just hired almost 300 people at the same time as me. Minimal severance given and health insurance cut off the same day I was laid off. Very limited clarity on project expectations, and managers constantly contradict each other in the minimal guidance we're given.
