      - Remote work - Semi-flexible schedule for managers - Fellow Team Leads were pleasant to work with

      - Employee boundaries were often not respected. - Contributions and extra effort were not recognized or rewarded. - Opportunities for advancement were minimal. - Upper management could be callous and, at times, disrespectful toward employees. - Layoffs occurred frequently and abruptly with no notice, even for employees with long tenure. - Managers were often not informed when their direct reports were laid off, and sometimes had to find out through other channels. - Little to no autonomy in decision-making or workflow. - HR was largely unresponsive and provided minimal support.

      Amazing diverse raters and TLs

      Cons

      No raises at all. I've been here multiple years and have never received a raise and am ignored whenever I ask about raises. Bonuses are at the behest of clients Mass layoffs with no notice Managers and Leads get no say and are not trusted by Upper Management The CEOs relatives work at the company and have conveniently avoided being laid off like everyone else despite poor metrics and offensive attitude towards others. No formal work structure so the company is disorganized and chaotic.

      Any pro you see in the work arrangement will be cut in a month.

      Absolutely unmanageable expectations doing extremely repetitive work and expecting that you not express even the slightest bit of dissastisfaction.
