Going nowhere fast

Pros

It's remote (although they forbid people from moving if they want to keep their jobs) and the tasks generally take little attention. Coworkers are generally very friendly. Salary is middling but benefits are fine.

Cons

Lots of sudden random movement from team to team, with people frequently ending up on projects that they have no expertise in. No raises, bonuses, or cost of living adjustments (despite the regular announcements about record profits). There's a culture of silence around things like waves of layoffs or business choices, so most employees are in the dark about everything. Promotions are few and far between with little insight into how to obtain them. Overall, little to no respect for workers, few to no opportunities for growth. Don't expect anything more than cranking away at AI gruntwork.

Company is OK

Pros

Good work life balance since they can be flexible with work hours. Friendly environment for most part.

Cons

Some managers (not all) put a lot of pressure into your metrics. All work is timed, making it difficult to take breaks sometimes. Termination happens out of nowhere per client request if jobs are low.
