They offer good hike, but life becomes hell after joining.

Cons

Working Hour : 48 Hours per week If you work over time, no incentive is given but if you short the expected attendance hour your salary would be deducted. even if you attendance is 100% Worst HR Management No policy for IT Engineer

Being a Medical Indexer was intellectually stimulating. The present management is not just as supportive as it used to be. The compensation for the medical indexer as to the weight of the job is not well compensated.

Cons

I would like to say that this company are very pro active in terms the IT perspective technology. They provide free examination for Microsoft Certified and I've got 5 certification. Your technical skills would be developed for the reason that team were always sharing their knowledge. The sad part of this company doesn't provide you the expected salary in line with the expertise you had.
