      Pros

      I have worked here for more then 5 years. I have not seen any pros. I have lost all hopes here. Looking for a change.

      Cons

      Never got an satisfactory hike. No promotion. The only thing that grows is your work. You are hired for 1 project and after few months you would be over loaded with 3-4 projects. When you demand growth, you are been asked to leave. Only thing that can get you growth here is favouritism and not your hardwork.
