Flexi hours , good location, nice office

difficult place to work if you dont have godfathers in the company. Salary increment only happens if you resign, they will give you counteroffer. if you are your boss's favourite you may make twice or thrice of other people people on same level. Promotions are given only to the favorites not depending on how you perform. Bosses are too disctatorlike
