      Has the potential to be a great company, but things won't change until they fix the culture.

      Cons

      Leadership in Asia - time for new management. Current head does not listen to subordinates. We Need new thinking in our production teams Engineering department can't build innovative solutions to help us produce work more efficiently. Lack of urgency and nobody talks to each other Politics is ridiculous
