I was part of finance team. Well they offer Senior Associate position to freshers which help them save at least 2 yrs of job experience. As most cos hire at Analyst or Associate tag.

Cons

But its not good co to wok for longer period as there is no growth. Annual Salary hike is very less. Also process stability is not reliable.
