The environment is very good you can work at your own way. Working hour is flexible and lots of leave you get.

Cons

There are only two important points:- 1. You have to work 9.6 hours a day which is very high 2. Salary is increased with respect to knowledge you show in front of your manager or project leader not on your work. Not good company for learning.
