Dismal experience on the whole

Pros

Cheap canteen, flexi hours, incentive payouts, regular paychecks, progressive modernization and automation, versatile cluster of projects, state of the art offices atleast for employees based out of sector 62.

Cons

Sector 16 office is a chicken coop, most mid level managers are good for nothing except flattery, expert and logical advice is ignored in favour of personal profit advice, skilled employee retention is low, appraisals are extremely disappointing, and a lot of unfair practices followed. Most projects aim to milk the client for short durations using substandard output. Most of the middle management consists of long time work horses without actual technical expertise.
