Best workplace for women employees

Pros

Good work/life balance Nice work environment Some projects has a very good, knowledgeable colleagues Pretty good infrastructure Decent amount of leaves, no hassles in availing them Work pressure is moderate

Cons

No transport facility provided, even in odd hour shifts Shift timings are a rigid 9.6 hours in a day Not very good appraisals and benefits for lower level executives No extra/non-technical training provided, so people don't grow as a professional after a while Promotions are not very frequent, so one might feel stuck-up NO perks provided at lower and middle level

Camaraderie, good working relationship regardless of culture, able to meet people from other countries, knowledge about computer and its evolution.

Cons

Benefits are not really satisfying. Salary needs to be reviewed as well.
