Reluctant to approve leaves granted by company policy. - Micromanagement - Non-flexible shift timings - Managers and team leaders are not at helpful and only interested in exhorting the "hours" from their employees so they can show good productivity to their "client" - They take supposedly "anonymous" feedback surveys but mysteriously, you get a call from HR asking if there are any issues if you leave bad feedback.
