Pros

Great team, depends on the project. Luckily my team is one of the best you could work with. We work hard, play hard and party hard. Team members and even managers are very supportive and help you grow as a person. Never hesitate in handling you new responsibilities. Listen to your opinions and even try to implement them within their limitations. It is a great learning experience overall. Work from home option is also there.

Cons

Salary is low and hikes r not impressive. Even though we get good incentives the income is unstable and your salary certificate is not much worth. At times work pressure is too much and only ppl who work more are held responsible. those who don't walk away without much trouble.

Pros

There's good support staff, and the large number of friendly overseas management makes it easy to cut through to problems and address issues. Benefits are reasonable, and due to the distributed locations it's possible to work from home to some degree (depending on position).

Cons

The biggest hurdle for the company is their desire to move away from their core competency of data conversion, specifically in the publishing world. There is a strong push from upper management and the CEO to act and think more like a software company, but without the speed or investment to make such a change. As such, the projects that get the most attention are those with low risk and high reward -- which are rare, and take a significant build-up. Typically, winning and delivering these projects last beyond a single employee or set of employees, resulting in any momentum or internal software developments falling by the side. Compensation is a positive, but there is minimal support staff once projects are won from sales.

Pros

Good work/life balance Nice work environment Some projects has a very good, knowledgeable colleagues Pretty good infrastructure Decent amount of leaves, no hassles in availing them Work pressure is moderate

Cons

No transport facility provided, even in odd hour shifts Shift timings are a rigid 9.6 hours in a day Not very good appraisals and benefits for lower level executives No extra/non-technical training provided, so people don't grow as a professional after a while Promotions are not very frequent, so one might feel stuck-up NO perks provided at lower and middle level
