Cons

One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked at. They hire in bulk and fire just as easily, with zero job security. Employees are treated like machines – overloaded with work and discarded when no longer needed. Mass layoffs happen frequently with no transparency. Management is disorganized and unsupportive. Managers often work from home while forcing employees to sit in the office for full hours. The environment is toxic, and there’s no respect for employee well-being or career growth. Avoid this company if you value stability and dignity in the workplace.
