Supportive Team Culture – Friendly colleagues and approachable team leads make it easier to collaborate and grow. Flexible Work Hours – Allows for decent work-life balance depending on the project. Opportunity to Work on Global Projects – Engage with international clients and cutting-edge AI technologies. Diverse Project Exposure – Work spans across domains like healthcare, finance, and conversational AI, providing well-rounded experience. On-Time Salary – Timely salary disbursement is appreciated. Skill Development – Enhances communication, detail orientation, and technical annotation skills.

Cons

Crystal-clear communication? Absolutely… if you're a mind reader. Instructions are often like puzzles—solve at your own risk. Growth opportunities are amazing—if your goal is to stay in the exact same position while collecting bonus stress. You'll truly master the art of multitasking, especially when you're handling three roles but getting paid for half of one. Feedback culture is alive and well… mostly when something goes wrong (which, let’s be honest, is often). Want to feel special? You will—when you're added to random projects without warning or context. Workload balance? It's a fun little rollercoaster—some days you’ll beg for tasks, other days you’ll forget what sleep is. And yes, the famous “flexible timings”... flexibly stretching into evenings, weekends, and maybe even your dreams.

Pros

- Remote Work - Never a dull moment. The jobs are constantly shifting which can be an enjoyable challenge! -Kind co-workers and understanding management. It is constantly shifting so there are lots of opportunities for advancement! - You can set your hours and work anytime between 8am-6pm EST. - You can step away any time you need. - Good benefits

Cons

- The jobs are constantly shifting which can be overwhelming as well. - The main client is Meta and they are influenced heavily by the metrics based and "data backed" responses. - For being a remote job you are still constantly tied to your desk. There is an 8 minute idle timer no matter what when you are in production code and it automatically kicks you to unavailable if you're away for even a second longer. This is time you must make up regardless. So, you can step away whenever, but it is time you must make up. There is no wiggle room.
