People are all super friendly, and easy to work with. You can get a great work-life balance.

Cons

There is little to no career growth room, compensation is poor, there is not much flexibility to execute your ideas, and management style is hard to contemplate.

Senior management from Taiwan is completely incompetent. They believe they know everything when frankly they do not know how to operate worldwide audiences and markets. Everyone at the TW HQ has a completely closed minded perspective and viewpoint. Whenever they visit branch offices, they provide no guidance nor any strategies. They pretend to care by asking if there is any support needed but nothing gets changed after people voice their concerns. Toxic company globally and locally. The other reviews for this company is spot on.
