Bad manager. Thinks he knows how to manage but does not. No team or family atmosphere type of company. Management makes everyone work multiple positions. INNODISK IS CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP

A miracle that this company is as big as it is with mgmt that has no idea what its doing and has no understanding of markets outside TW No support from HQ with awful marketing campaigns and sales that try to steal your customers
