Very fast and easy interviews...

Cons

Company quick to fire. New sales members come in and then quickly get fired. Bad management. COVID spread in the workplace is not communicated and disinfection measures are based entirely on the cheapest available price on the market.

Cons

Senior management from Taiwan is completely incompetent. They believe they know everything when frankly they do not know how to operate worldwide audiences and markets. Everyone at the TW HQ has a completely closed minded perspective and viewpoint. Whenever they visit branch offices, they provide no guidance nor any strategies. They pretend to care by asking if there is any support needed but nothing gets changed after people voice their concerns. Toxic company globally and locally. The other reviews for this company is spot on.

nice office in Taipei, average employee age around 30, high stock price, lots of good-looking female employees. no fire people culture. life-work balance.

Cons

Policy making in one man show, always time to market better than quality control, limit resource with urgent schedule, gossips groups, office political troublesome, low monthly payment, many under-performance coworkers.
