Pros

Relaxed attitude. Minimum process. Client is God. Engineering team is focus.

Cons

There are lot of dumb managers. Dated Software development process (Engineer do not write code review documents and maintain code change documents - In Agile environment these activities are waste of engineering time) Managers induce chaos in learning process.

You get to work with leaders here not bosses, those who lead you in the right direction, be your mentor and not those who delegate work to you. The Management has created an environment where volunteering is natural, so being hands on is natural quality of every Innomindsian. They help employees to focus on career growth & they believe that this is as important as business growth of the organization, after all it is Innomindsian’s who propel business growth.

Cons

If you are used doing nothing but delegation of work & never really focussed on updating your technical skill & learn continously, this is not the place for you. Here people who are hands on, are rewarded irrespective of the hierarchy.
