Pros

Good working culture compared to other service oriented companies. Great CEO with vision and supportive. Have few good R&D initiatives.

Cons

Might have to stretch considering the industry it is. Not a good place to look for work-life balance. Still in the process of discovering and evolution. QA and UI centric as they form major work force.

Pros

Work flexibility in the perspective of time is amazing, as long as the minimum expectations are met. Wonderful growth opportunities for dedicated employees.

Cons

Work planning gets hindered most of the time, due to lack of good resource, most of times. However, things are changing on a fast pace, where company is trying to get out of this stage, by hiring more number of people.

You can find some of the best people to work with, Ownership, Easily approachable managers and could talk to anybody of any level Employees are well treated. Amazing work culture, Flexi Timings, There is a lot to learn. Great work-life balance with adequate opportunity for career development, Every individual is appreciated and encouraged. Well established product engineering company. Working on the emerging technologies like Mobility, Cloud ,Security and Big Data practices.

Cons

Nothing to say about the company, I am enjoying my work balancing both work and personal life
