- Competitive compensation with more than the industry guideline for people with good skills, attitude and drive - Collaborative culture across ranks from junior team members to management and executive team - Passion and energy are valued. Start-up culture is pursued here and good ideas / initiatives are encouraged - Very good for learning through practical technical training courses and through on-the-job guidance from senior members
