One of the worst Company to work for

Pros

I didn't find any pro's working in Innominds , It was one of the worst experience working here , They hired me for different skill set and gave me a project which didn't match my skill , My competency was Automation testing using selenium but they gave me project in Manual testing . It's more of a consultancy . Managers working here have a lot of ego problem , and ruin the career of employee working under them if they don't listen to them

Cons

My sincere suggestion to all those who are planning to join , please don't join Innominds its a very pathetic company . HR over here give reviews in Glassdoor to increase the glassdor rating . There is no work life balance over here . In my opinion it is one of the worst company to work for

Pros

1) Prompt Pay 2) Good pay as long as you are a consultant deputed to a client. 3) Don't care about what you do at the client location as long as there is no bad news.

Cons

1) People/HR/Manager don't listen to what you have to say 2) Perks are nonexistent. 3) Bad team outings to your local food court 4) HR does not know their own policies, there is no clarity. 5) Frontline Manangement does not seem to know what the Sr.Management really wants.

Top clients like Nappier,trimble,huawei,deloitte work life balance depends on the client

Cons

If u are from bangalore ,then you wont get much help from hyderabad office..But most of the time you will be dependant on them
