Pros
Ontime Salary. Ashamed to say any pros about the company. Can join this company as a stop gap, search for better opportunity and leave. U need a job in 15 days, this company can recruit u. Flexible Timings. But, in the name of it, employees are monitored, asked to work extended hours emotionally.
Cons
Emps have No vision about their future growth plans. "Process", "Project planning" are negative words in the company. MGMT gets defended when such words are used. Company Name doesn't match to the lethargic work they do. Top talent is being recruited but not being utilized properly.
