Terrible benefits and zero incentives for hard workers

Coworkers were great to work with and tried to help support each other in spite of poor decisions made by management.

Cons

Leadership team is unsupportive and offers no incentives for employees who go above and beyond to stay. Salaries are kept well below industry standards across the board. Insurance is not subsidized by one single penny for employees and appears to be inflated premiums. There’s a lot of fake reviews posted on here which are clearly by the recruiters overseas...look at the repeated statements to confirm.

If that is not the case with your experience, please utilize our 'open door' policy and talk to your manager or another manager. I get the the comment about the 401k and benefit costs, and assure you that the Benefits Team is working hard to find the best value and offerings to meet the needs of all our employees. Our salaries are usually commensurate with experience and the role you play - raises are based on performance. Again, please talk with your manager or HR if there are any issues.
