worst company, no organization, angry uppers who fire instead of fix

I had good people to work with in my office, but then again i referred/hired most of them...

Cons

-management and business plan change monthly -communication between offices is extremely poor and everyone is to competitive to be helpful -the solution for every problem is just to fire someone, or make them feel so isolated and incompetent that they quit -no advice given or any notice that you aren't doing well, you are told you are doing great until they fire you for no reason -the company that hired me, no longer exists

I feel that they just keep changing the name to ditch how bad this company has become. They took an amazing organization and ran it into the ground, then merged or acquired another using their name and will run that one to the ground as well.

They do offer some benefits.

Cons

They do not assist at all when your assignment ends. They give no communication at all during the entire time of my employment. They did not assist at all in finding the current job for me. When my assignment ended, constant misinformation. I had to do everything for myself with this company. They couldn’t even figure out my end date and kept screwing up which company I worked for. I would never work for them again.
