      Well, only infrastructure is good and salary payable on time.

      Cons

      Politics wins over here.. Management needs someone who just butter them up for the work. No one is helpful in terms of work, learn and understand by yourself.

      Manager useless, Hr useless, no ethics, no learning

      Couldn't really find any, work life balance could be one

      No transparency in system, Nothing to learn You can only survive if you are able to keep your boss Happy ( if you know what I mean)
