[Taiwan] I was promised 2m year-end bonus and get NOTHING so far

English practicing. You will be entitled 12 days PTO once you get onboard.

For anyone who is considering the offer: RUN!! Read the offer contract carefully and don't believe what HR promised! 2023 year-end bonus sounds like a scam or joke. Normally, we should get the bonus before the Chinese New Year. however, the company said/provide nothing so far. They refuse to give further explanation why our year-end bonus are not distributed. All the welfare subsidies are suspended until March. There are a lot of regular extra work time for meeting. Both in the super early morning and mid night. Nothing to say. Everyone is running. I don't think the team will survive.
