Very Poor Employee Support, Company Acts More Like a Consultancy for Clients”

Pros

Pros: Salary is the only positive aspect. Other than that, there are no significant benefits for employees.

Cons

Worst management experience. Especially for tech developers, the work-life balance is extremely poor with very long working hours, often extending to most days of the week. Employees are treated more like resources to be billed to clients rather than valued professionals. Management focus seems to be more on client demands than employee well-being. I would strongly advise developers to carefully evaluate the work culture before joining.

They have a lot of resources available to them.

Cons

They do not use any of these resources to make employee life positive. The pay disparity between those working the most versus those higher up is staggering. There are no incentives for certain positions that are heavily relied on.
