The pay is decent and you can work from home.

Cons

They hold your last paycheck once you quit out of spite. I had to contact an attorney so I could get issued my last paycheck because they are holding my paycheck until they receive my equipment I've already sent my equipment they know that cuz I sent them receipt of my return I still haven't got paid it's been over a week. This is illegal in the state of Florida and I was a work from home representative for BNY Mellon Bank for this company.

One of the best place to work in serivce based firms

Great leadership and team support. Hybrid-Work. Timely salary. Great team buliding Activities.

Cons

Nothing much, but due to recision in post august 2023 company removed some perks like afternoon meal and cab support, but it is reasonable considering Hybrid-Work mode of office.
