Working at Innova has been one of the most disappointing and disheartening experiences of my career. There is absolutely no room for growth, no recognition, and no appreciation for the effort you put in. The global HR team and leadership foster a culture of disrespect and belittlement, constantly diminishing your work — because here, nothing is ever good enough. HR’s sole focus is to please the owner and his sons, even when it means pushing questionable and unfair practices. Employees’ well-being and professional development are simply not a priority. The company’s approach to client satisfaction? Saying "yes" to everything — making promises that can’t be kept, driven by unsustainable low-cost offers that don’t align with market reality or cover employee costs. The result? Overworked, undervalued employees and a company culture where burnout and frustration are the norm. If you value your career, your growth, and your self-respect, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Innova. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

CEO has no interest in keeping US based employees wants to offshore recruiting. Worked for a company that Innova bought 2.5 years ago was told part of a RIF after 20 years of service with prior company was only given 2 weeks severance. Benefits are not good 401k no matching.
